Course Overview
Build on the foundation of high-quality CPR with the AHA ACLS course. This course emphasizes the importance of continuous, high-quality CPR and high-performance team dynamics. It is designed for healthcare professionals who either direct or participate in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest or other cardiovascular emergencies.
Syllabus & Core Objectives
1Basic Life Support review, including high-quality chest compressions and AED use
2Recognition and early management of peri-arrest conditions (bradycardia, tachycardia)
3Airway management and ventilation techniques
4ACLS algorithms and pharmacology (epinephrine, amiodarone, etc.)
5Management of acute coronary syndromes (ACS) and acute ischemic stroke
6Effective communication as a member and leader of a resuscitation team
7Post-cardiac arrest care (targeted temperature management, hemodynamic support)
8Mega-code scenarios and simulated team management

Valid AHA BLS certification and basic ECG interpretation knowledge.
